Job Discrimination

You may have a claim for workplace discrimination if:

  • You were denied a job or treated differently in a workplace decision (promotion, suspension, discipline, raise, etc.) and
  • The discrimination was due to your
    • age
    • sex
    • disability
    • race   
    • ethnic background
    • religion
    • sexual orientation 
    • pregnancy and nursing

If you want to file a claim for discrimination, contact the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination or seek legal advice.
