A Self-Help Guide for Domestic Violence Survivors and Advocates

"Where Do We Go From Here?” is a self-help guide that answers legal questions about getting out of and staying out of domestic violence relationships. This guide is for survivors of domestic violence, the service providers who help them, and other non-lawyers.

Massachusetts Law Reform Institute has adapted and revised this guide.  It was created in 2004 as an AmeriCorps project by members at Western Massachusetts Legal Services. Western Massachusetts Legal Services is now Community Legal Aid.
