The information in this section covers ways you can access health care and helps you understand your health care rights. It is divided into health care and mental health care. The mental health section tells you how to get insurers like MassHealth to pay for your or your family's mental health services. It does not talk about how to get onto MassHealth or where to get free services - that's in the health care section. The mental health section answers questions about how to get mental health care services paid for once you have public or private insurance.
