What if I am paid less than minimum wage?

If you were paid less than minimum wage, you can file a complaint with the agencies that enforce minimum wage laws, and get help to get the wages you earned.

For Massachusetts workers, you should contact the Fair Labor and Business Practices Division of the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General at (617) 727 - 3465.

If you are a state or local government employee, you should contact the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.

Download the Complaint Form from the Attorney General's website.

Spanish, Chinese, and Portuguese complaint forms are also available.
